How does LOUVEH work?
LOUVEH delivers a Scripture-centered message of encouragement by text each day. Every message includes Scripture, a short reflection for the day, and a simple thought to carry with you.
Can I give LOUVEH as a gift?
Yes. LOUVEH can be purchased for someone you love. Your recipient will first receive an invitation explaining the gift and asking them to opt in. Daily messages begin only after they choose to receive them.
Are LOUVEH messages Scripture-based?
Yes. Scripture is at the heart of every LOUVEH message. Each day pairs a passage from Scripture with a thoughtful reflection and a simple encouragement for the day.
How does a gift recipient opt in?
Your loved one receives an invitation by text letting them know that someone has given them LOUVEH. They must affirmatively choose to receive the daily messages before delivery begins.
When do the daily messages begin?
For personal subscriptions, messages begin after enrollment and consent are complete. For gifts, messages begin only after the recipient accepts the invitation and opts in.
What happens if my gift recipient never opts in?
LOUVEH will never send daily messages to someone who has not chosen to receive them. If a gift recipient does not opt in, the daily message service will not begin.
Can someone stop receiving LOUVEH at any time?
Yes. Receiving LOUVEH is always a choice. A recipient can stop future messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided with the texts.
What happens if a gift recipient chooses to stop receiving LOUVEH?
The daily messages will stop. Because the gift purchase reserves the LOUVEH service for that recipient, choosing to stop messages does not automatically create a refund for the gift purchaser.
