Welcome to LOUVEH. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of louveh.com and your purchase or use of LOUVEH subscription services. By purchasing or using a LOUVEH subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About LOUVEH
LOUVEH provides Scripture-centered encouragement delivered by text message. Messages may include Scripture, reflections, encouragement, and related inspirational content.
LOUVEH is intended for inspirational and faith-based purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
LOUVEH — For Me and Give LOUVEH are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions for $7.00 per month. Your subscription automatically renews each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of that period.
Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
3. Text Message Service
LOUVEH delivers approximately one recurring message per day to the mobile number provided during signup. Message and data rates may apply.
You may stop LOUVEH text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance with text messages, reply HELP.
Opting out of text messages stops message delivery but does not, by itself, cancel a paid subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through your LOUVEH account or the cancellation method provided by LOUVEH.
4. Give LOUVEH and Recipient Consent
Give LOUVEH allows a purchaser to provide a LOUVEH subscription as a gift for another person. Purchasing a gift subscription does not authorize LOUVEH to send recurring text messages to the recipient without the recipient’s consent.
The recipient must separately opt in and consent to receive recurring LOUVEH text messages before message delivery begins. If the recipient does not provide consent, recurring messages will not be sent to that mobile number.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient information and must not provide a mobile number without the recipient’s knowledge.
5. Consent to Text Messages
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box during signup, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from LOUVEH at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any other goods or services.
Message frequency is approximately one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
LOUVEH may use SMS, MMS, RCS, or other supported messaging technologies to deliver the service. Availability of specific messaging features may depend on your device, mobile carrier, and network.
6. Delivery and Availability
LOUVEH strives to deliver messages approximately once each day, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Message delivery may be affected by mobile carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances outside LOUVEH’s control.
LOUVEH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of the service. Temporary delays or unsuccessful delivery of individual messages do not constitute a failure of the subscription service or automatically qualify for a refund.
7. Inspirational Content
LOUVEH content is provided for inspirational, devotional, and faith-based purposes only. Scripture, reflections, and encouragement provided through LOUVEH are not intended to replace professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional advice or services.
You are responsible for determining whether the content is appropriate for your individual circumstances. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis, contact the appropriate emergency or professional resources in your area.
8. Intellectual Property
All original LOUVEH content, including reflections, encouragement messages, designs, graphics, branding, logos, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to LOUVEH and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. You may share an individual LOUVEH message with family or friends for personal encouragement, but LOUVEH content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed in bulk, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from LOUVEH.
9. Account Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or providing information related to a gift subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Please notify LOUVEH at hello@louveh.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
LOUVEH may suspend or terminate access to the service if an account is used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms &
Conditions.
10. Privacy
LOUVEH respects your privacy. Information collected through the LOUVEH website, subscription signup, gift process, and text messaging service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
LOUVEH may use service providers to operate the website, process payments, manage subscriptions, and deliver text messages. Personal information will be used as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide and support the LOUVEH service.
Your consent to receive text messages and your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
